This scones is made easy and fast plus incredibly delicious. Have fun baking.
Scones with cherries and raisins
Ingredients:
- Flour - 220 g
- soft butter - 80 g
- Baking soda - 2 Tl
- Sugar - 1 El
- Salt - 1 Prise
- Cherries, chopped - 50 g
- Raisins - 50 g
- Not - 1 St
- Milk - 50 ml
Instructions:
- Flour, Baking soda, Add sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and mix with the butter.
- Then add the chopped cherries, Raisins, 1 Egg and 2 El and give milk to knead into a soft dough.
- Now the dough on a floured surface about 2 cm and roll out circles with a diameter of about 5 cm gouge. This goes wonderfully with a glass or a small cup.
- Die Scones auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegtem Blech legen und mit der restlichen Milch bestreichen.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 Grad ca 10 Convection bake minutes.
- Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
