After a long break, finally a new recipe. If you do not like mackerel, just take another fish. I used new potatoes for this recipe, because you can eat them without problems with shell. Depending on your mood. Have fun try at home.
The recipe is for 2 People.
Fried Mackerel with potatoes and herb quark
Ingredients:
- Mackerel, fresh or frozen - 2
- New Potatoes - 400 gr.
- Quark - 250 gr.
- Chopped parsley - 2 Essl.
- Lemon - 1
- Salt -
- Pepper -
Instructions:
- First, place the mackerel on a tray with baking paper and for 20 min at 100 Grad Umluft in den Ofen schieben.
- Wash the potatoes well and they cook in salted water. A little tip! Watch for it, the potatoes have about the same size, then they are all ready at the same.
- Season the cheese in a bowl with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley. Alles gut verrühren. Ich habe mit Absicht keinen Fettgehalt beim Quark angegeben. The higher the fat content, so it is full-bodied and creamy in taste. I've decided to quark.
- After the 20 min at 100 Degree, the mackerel in now 200 Degree convection still about. 10 ready cooked min, thus they are nice and crispy. Finally, another season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the lemon and cut into slices or columns and set on the mackerel.
For this food fits very well a crisp green salad and you have a super light summer meal.
Good appetite
