The plaice is time for this particularly delicious. I have them fried with bacon, a very good combination.
Fried plaice with carrot and green asparagus
Ingredients:
- Plaice - 2 St. the 250 gr.
- Diced bacon - 2 Essl.
- Spring onions - 1/2 Confederation
- Green asparagus - 1 Confederation
- Carrots - 2 St.
- Beer - 2 Essl
- Salt -
- Pepper -
- Roccula - 1 Handful
Instructions:
- First, peel the carrots and cut into sticks, which are as thick as the asparagus spears.
- When green asparagus, it is sufficient if you cut the wooden end.
- Both easily sauté in a pan with some oil and then into the oven for about 15 my. with 150 Push the air recirculation degree.
- Meanwhile, slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- Wash the plaice and dab dry with kitchen paper.
