This week I got a new baking book gained me. This is the first recipe and it's wonderful succeeded at first attempt.
Blueberry muffins with streusel
Ingredients:
- Muffins
- Blueberries - 250 g
- Instantmehl - 200 g
- Baking soda - 1 TL
- Cinnamon - 1 TL
- Salt - 1 Prise
- Sugar - 90 g
- Yogurt - 150 g
- Eggs - 2
- Butter - 125 g
- Streusel
- Flour - 150 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 TL
- Butter - 100 g
Instructions:
- Für den Teig Instantmehl, Baking soda, Cinnamon and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar fluffy, Stir in the eggs while gradually.
- Add flour mixture and yogurt in portions and mix to a smooth dough.
- The blueberries into the batter and lift in a muffin form, lined with paper cases, fill.
A little tip: Ich fülle den Teig gern in einen Spritzbeutel ohne Tülle, dadurch kann man ihn viel einfacher in die Mulden geben. - For the streusel flour, Sugar, Mix vanilla and butter and knead to thick crumble and give up the muffins.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 Degree 30 Bake minutes and then let it rest a little in the form.
